What to expect, and how to get started.

Our programs are for teens who wants to feel safer, more aware, and more confident — regardless background or experienc

Our five core pillars include situational awareness, manipulation and boundary setting, de-escalation, physical self-protection, and Technology Facilitated Abuse. The 8 week program is designed to weave all these elements into interactive sessions you can learn from.

Not at all. Our approach is inclusive and based on simple, instinctive movements that work under pressure. We focus on mindset, awareness, and practical techniques that are accessible to beginners and effective for everyone.

Missed a session? No stress. We run 30-minute catch-ups right after class in Weeks 4 and 7 to help students stay on track.

Yes. Our facilitators are qualified with MARAM and RMIT in trauma-informed practises.  Every session is designed to be respectful, inclusive, and empowering. Participants are always encouraged to engage at their own pace and comfort level.
